Terms and Conditions

LaundryMe Aruba collects one closed standard laundry bag, washes it in a standard cycle, machine dries it, folds the clothing and returns it the following day between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Pickup appointments are available Monday through Saturday, every 15 minutes from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Each pickup slot is reserved for one customer, and we accept a maximum of 13 customer bookings per operating day.

• One closed 35-litre bag
• Maximum weight: 4 kg
• One standard wash cycle
• Standard detergent included
• Machine drying included
• Clothing returned folded
• Additional bags cost $25 each

The following are not part of the standard service:

• Shoes
• Rugs
• Duvets and comforters
• Pillows
• Dry-clean-only garments
• Delicate garments
• Items requiring special stain treatment

Items outside the standard service may be refused or require a separate quotation.

Online payment is coming soon. For now, payment is cash only when your clean laundry is delivered. Please have the exact cash amount ready at drop-off. Bookings are confirmed on submission with payment status Cash Due, and only LaundryMe Aruba can mark cash as received.

Please check pockets before closing your bag. We are not responsible for items left in garments, for pre-existing damage, or for colour transfer caused by mixed items inside a single standard bag.
