Terms and Conditions

LaundryMe Aruba collects one closed standard laundry bag, washes it in a standard cycle, machine dries it, folds the clothing and delivers it back within 24 hours of pickup. We operate Monday through Saturday and accept a maximum of 15 orders per operating day.

• One closed 35-litre bag
• Maximum weight: 4 kg
• One standard wash cycle
• Standard detergent included
• Machine drying included
• Clothing returned folded
• Additional bags cost $25 each

The following are not part of the standard service:

• Shoes
• Rugs
• Duvets and comforters
• Pillows
• Dry-clean-only garments
• Delicate garments
• Items requiring special stain treatment

Items outside the standard service may be refused or require a separate quotation.

All bookings must be paid online before pickup. A booking remains in Pending Payment until payment is verified, and a pickup is not confirmed while it is in that state. We do not accept payment on collection.

Please check pockets before closing your bag. We are not responsible for items left in garments, for pre-existing damage, or for colour transfer caused by mixed items inside a single standard bag.
