Where will the laundry be left?

Please leave your closed laundry bag outside your door before your scheduled pickup time.

Place the bag in a safe, dry and easily accessible location. The pickup driver will not enter your home.

If the bag is not available at the selected location at the appointment time, the driver will attempt to contact the customer. A $5 rescheduling fee may apply.

Next-day afternoon drop-off

Your clean laundry will be returned the following afternoon. Drop-offs run every 15 minutes from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, following the previous day's pickup order.

Next-day drop-off is scheduled according to your pickup time. Minor delays may occur because of traffic, weather, property access or laundry processing. We'll contact you if your delivery time changes.

Number of standard bags

You can send several bags in the same slot — each bag is $25.
