Simple, clear rules for changing or cancelling a prepaid pickup.
Policy
- Free cancellation up to 12 hours before your pickup slot.
- Cancellations within 12 hours may be charged a $5 handling fee on your next booking.
- If your bag is not available at your pickup slot, a $5 rescheduling charge may apply.
- Cancellations are handled by LaundryMe Aruba on WhatsApp or by email.
How to cancel or reschedule
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order reference (for example LM-2026-0001) and we will confirm the change in writing.
