• Your name, email address and WhatsApp number
• Your pickup address, property name, room or unit number and service area
• Your pickup date, time window, number of bags and any instructions you give us
• Your payment reference (payment card data is handled by our payment provider)
• The exact pickup pin (latitude and longitude) you place on the map, and the pickup location type you select
• Collection records created by our driver: collection time, security seal number, an optional collection photo and, with permission, the driver's location at collection

Your precise pickup location is used only to collect and return your laundry. It is not displayed publicly and is accessible only to authorised LaundryMe Aruba personnel involved in fulfilling your order.

We use these details to schedule your pickup, complete your laundry order, contact you about the collection or delivery, and keep records of paid orders.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by our hosted payment provider on their own secure pages.

We do not sell your data. Details are shared only with the driver and laundry staff handling your order, and with our payment provider to process your payment.

You can ask us to correct or delete your booking details by contacting us on WhatsApp. Records tied to completed payments may be retained for accounting purposes.
